 I can't say stress how much having the LimoPlanner online booking system has changed our business model. Until recently, most of our time was spent checking emails and cross referencing the quotation request with our diary to check availability before having to call or email the customer back with a final price and a choice of limos. Now, when we receive an emai it is a completed booking and the deposit is already on its way to the bank. The various Diary configurations within the admin area make it so simple to keep track of all bookings.
The LimoPlanner software has actually exceeded our expectations and has not only made it easier for our staff to handle bookings... it also makes the booking process quicker and easier for our customers, and the increased figures speak for themselves.
