We can't really stress this enough... LimoPlanner offers you 100% realtime availability for your online bookings. It's not pseudo realtime whereby you have to instruct someone in your office to update the diary for each particular limo... this is realtime. When someone books a limo, it is immediately changed to being unavailble for that particular period to ensure that no-one else can book that limo at that given time. It is so realtime that the availability for the limo will have changed even before you, or your customer, receive the booking confirmation email.
Every time someone comes to your LimoPlanner site to place a booking, the software returns a 100% accurate listing of which limos are available for the time that they wish to book. This takes various things into consideration such as getting the limo from the previous booking to the next booking, so that the limo will never reach that point where two separate people expect to be booking the same limo in different areas at the same time, or even for an overlapping time.
It IS realtime. We've been asked so many times if this truly is realtime, because no-one that we've spoken to has ever used limo booking software that offers live availability... but it is. It really is.
To show you just how realtime this is... if someone visits your LimoPlanner site to place a booking and enters their chosen date... then enters their pickup postcode, and selects the number of hours that they want to book the limo for... they're shown a list of available limos. At that point, if they decide to hire the limo for a little longer than they'd first anticipated... they'll go back to change the booking length and the next second when they click the "submit" button there could be less limos available... because someone else has booked another limo for the same time during the time it took them to change their booking length. So, immediately after the other booking was placed (within a split second), the booking diaries are updated and that newly-booked limo is no longer available.
