HTML Emails
For someone who has just spent their hard earned cash on a trip in one of your luxury limos, the last thing that they want to see is a confirmation email that is nothing but plain text. They want to know that they've put their trust in a company that provides a top level service, even for the smallest of considerations. An email that includes your logo, properly formatted invoice layout and full details of their booking gives your customers peace of mind and something tangible to refer to.

To ensure that ALL customers are able to read their booking confirmations, each individual email is sent in multipart format, including a full copy in plain text for those with software which prevents the delivery of HTML formatted emails.

Within your LimoPlanner Manager, you have the ability to set your own colour scheme for your HTML emails, include your own choice of logo and provide truncated versions of your terms and conditions. As with all LimoPlanner installations, your HTML emails will be set up by our team of skilled developers so that you will be able to take bookings immediately BUT... if you decide to change anything yourself thereafter, the functionality is there to allow you to do so.
