Easy To Use Customer Area
When we say that the front end of any LimoPlanner website is the simplest way to book a limo online, we're not lying. There really is no way to make it any easier than it already is!

When your customer first visits your LimoPlanner website, they are first of all asked to select the type of booking they require, whether it's an "A to B" style booking with a collection point and a destination point, or a "Cruising" style booking where there is a collection point and then a set number of hours cruising the city in luxury.

The only other information that your customer is expected to enter at this stage is the date of their booking, the time of the collection and the necessary postcodes. If they have selected a "Cruising" style booking, they will be asked to select how many hours they require, otherwise the software will instantly calculate the cost of the booking and the availability of all limos within your fleet. The booking process is as follows...

A to B Style Bookings
Select booking date
Enter pickup time
Enter pickup postcode
Enter destination postcode

Cruising The City Style Bookings
Select booking date
Enter pickup time
Enter pickup postcode
Select how many hours for the hire

The software will then return all available limos, along with their individual hourly rates. If the limo is already booked out, it will be omitted from the display to prevent double bookings. The customer can then view each limo individually and click on the "place booking" button. They will then enter their address and payment details, and confirm their details before the payment is taken.

That's it. Each of your customers will only have to enter four values before being shown which limos are available, and how much their booking total will be. We have used limo hire software that requires the customer to complete a lengthy form, longer than most ecommerce site order forms, and then all they get at the end of this process is an email informing them that someone will get back to them with a full quotation and availability.. which can take hours.

With LimoPlanner, your customer knows availability and a total price after approximately five mouse clicks, and has their booking completed in the time it takes to enter their address and card details.

Can't be any simpler than that, ever.
