Whilst the LimoPlanner software is, first and foremost, a unique way to control limo hire bookings in realtime... we understand that there's more to running a business than just waiting for the business to come to you. In order to progress with any business, it's important to understand trends.
The LimoPlanner Manager comes with its own set of statistics built in, allowing you to view which of your limos are most popular, as well as which limos aren't attracting any bookings. This will either allow you to adjust hire rates, change livery or enhance the technology within certain vehicles.
Booking Stats
These stats summarise the completed bookings on a limo by limo basis. Your most popular limo (ie the one which has received the most bookings) is listed at the top while the least popular limo is listed at the bottom. The stats show the limo name, the hourly rate, the number of bookings to date, as well as the total revenue from each particular limo.
Limo Views
As an extension to the above Booking Stats, this module allows you to see which of your limos are being viewed more than others. Particularly helpful if "Limo A" is being viewed more than "Limo B" but "Limo B" has twice as many bookings as "Limo A"... could this be because of the price of "Limo A"?
Sales Statistics
An overall view of the revenue brought in through the website. Broken down into annual stats and, within those, monthly stats, these are very simple to follow. Each month shows the total number of bookings for that month, the total revenue for that month, and how that month relates to the year's sales in a percentage basis.
