We're aware that many limo hire companies prefer not to receive full payment in advance, and would rather take a deposit to secure the booking with the balance payable on collection. With LimoPlanner, you can quickly and easily set up a "deposit on booking" system simply by selecting the option within your LimoPlanner Manager and entering a deposit value.
During the booking process, your customer will be immediately informed that they will only be required to pay the specified deposit amount at the time of booking, with the balance payable on collection. Their booking total will remain the same at all times, and their booking confirmation email will reflect their deposit as well as the remaining balance.
If you decide at any point to discontinue the "deposit on booking" system, you simply toggle it off.
