The LimoPlanner management area comes with Booking Status Control built in so your customers can keep track of their bookings in realtime. When each booking is placed on your LimoPlanner website, it is automatically checked for availability prior to allowing the customer to place the booking, but there may be other factors which prevent the booking from being confirmed automatically... such as if the customer is paying by cheque.
To that end, we've given you the ability to update the status of the booking at your own discretion. If a credit card is rejected, you can notify the customer immediately that they need to get in touch with alternative card details. The various options are...
- Booking Pending
- Booking Confirmed
- Booking Cancelled
- Card Rejected - Please call or email
