Automatic Address Completion
The LimoPlanner software is all about simplicity and efficiency. That's why we've included an automatic address lookup based on pickup and/or destination postcodes entered by your customers.

On step one, your customer is asked to enter the date of the booking and the pickup postcode. If the booking is an "A to B" style booking, they will also be asked to enter the destination postcode, otherwise they'll be asked to select the number of hours that they want to hire the limo for. The software will then look up the full address details for the customer and pre-fill the street, town and city information as well as provide them with a drop down box for the actual building name/number.

This not only cuts down on the time and interaction required for the booking, but it also ensures that the customer uses the correct information with no mis-spellings. Another benefit of this process is that mis-typed postcodes will be instantly recognisable when the expected address doesn't appear within the drop down box.
